NO!! Dedicated staff will be assigned to your campaign for the full duration of the campaign. We will also train additional staff to cover any absence. In case you don’t have your own database then we would be happy to directly connect you with list brokers

We will call on the database of prospective customers or clients. The database is uploaded onto our dialer and data server. Each call will be disposed according to the outcome and all this information will be tracked. Additional information collected from the Tele-Marketer will be updated onto our in-house CRM

This will depend on which part of the world we are calling. All our staff is rostered accordingly.

Yes you will have a Manager Assigned to take care of your campaign and to ensure that your campaign is running smooth. Whether the manager is dedicated to only your campaign will depend on the size of the team you have with us.
